12 slices white bread, crusts removed
4 hard-boiled eggs sliced
1 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar, grated
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" x 13" buttered pan with bread slices. Layer hard-boiled egg slices, broccoli, and grated cheese. Then cover with more bread slices. Mix 2 beaten eggs with milk and pour over all. Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
