Mix 1/2 cup of hoisin sauce and 1/2 cup of soy sauce together and inject evenly throughout the roast. After that, apply remaining hoisin sauce to outside of roast and then shake the creole seasoning liberally over both sides of roast. Next, sear both sides of the roast on a hot grill. Remove roast from the grill and place on a spit. Using a constantly spinning motorized rotisserie, grill over medium heat until an internal temperature of at least 165º is reached.
