1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion – diced
1/2 bell pepper – diced
1 can diced tomatoes with liquid
1 8oz pkg macaroni
Tomato juice and/ or water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large skillet with onion and
green pepper. Add tomatoes, macaroni
salt, pepper and liquid enough to cook
macaroni. Cover and cook over low heat
until macaroni is done. Stir occasionally and
add liquid, if needed.
Serve with hot French Bread. Enjoy!
