1 Jar of Pace Picante Sauce
10 Flour Tortillas
1 lb. Ground Beef (Onion Optional)
1 lb. Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Ground beef in skillet, add 1/3 of jar pace to the browned meet and 1/2 the shredded cheese. In 13x9 pan put 1/3 of pace on the bottom of the pan spread out. Take tortilla and put in some of the meat mixture (about 1/4 c.) and place in pan with the fold down. Repeat until done. Once done pour remaining picante sauce on top of enchiladas and spread until covered. Take the remaining cheese and cover the enchiladas. Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes at 350º. Serve with sour cream and or guacamole.
