2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp sugar
pinch salt
300ml milk
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour and syrup, sugar, salt and milk while stirring. Stir until thick. Cool slightly and add brandy and cream.
