1 lb ground venison
1 med onion
1 can rotel
1 c. tomato juice
1 c.water
1 tsp. chili seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. instant rice
1 10oz pkg frozen corn
grated mexican cheese
sliced avocado (optional)
garlic cloves, minced ,add to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion until brown add minced garlic cloves and cook about 2 min. more. add rotel,tomato juice, seasonings and corn. cook 5 min. Remove from and stir in rice. cover and let stand about 5 min. Fluff with a fork. Place on serving plate and sprinkle with cheese and sliced avocado.

I havent made this but I watched the lady on aetn/ark outdoor and it looked so good. For all you that dont like venison it could be made with ground beef
