2 tbsp. margarine
1 small onion sliced thin and separated into rings
1 can condensed broccoli cheese soup
1/3 cup milk
1/8 tap. pepper
4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced.
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender, stirring often.
Stir in soup, milk, and pepper. Add potatoes; stir gently to coat. Heat to boiling. reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

May substitute 2 cans whole white potatoes rinsed, drained and sliced, for the fresh potatoes.
