1 tsp. cornstarch
1 cup tomato juice
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 - 16oz pkg. frozen baby carrots, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In 2-quart saucepan, stir together cornstarch, tomato juice, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add carrots. Heat through, stirring constantly.
