12 oz sage sausage
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Liver from turkey, chopped
8 cups toasted bread cubes
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried savory leaves
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute sausage until crisp, drain reserving drippings.
In sausage drippings saute; garlic, onion, celery, parsley, and liver stirring continuously for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add sausage, mix well.
In large bowl combine; bread thyme, savory, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper, cayenne and vegetable mixture.
Toss lightly to combine well.
Use stuffing to fill body and neck of bird. (pack lightly)
Makes 12 cups; enough for 12 lb. bird.
