2 lb. hash browns, southern style, frozen
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. crushed round buttery crackers
1 stick butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 13 x 9 baking dish. Let potatoes thaw some, not completely. Mix potatoes, 1/4 c. melted butter, onions, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, soup, and sour cream. Pour into dish. Melt 1 stick butter and mix with crushed crackers; layer over top of potatoes. Bake for 1 hour.
