1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 package stuffing mix, chicken flavor
1/2 c water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 pounds chicken cut into bite sized pieces
1 t dried basil
1 c shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place tomatoes in bowl and add stuffing mix, water and garlic. Stir until just moist. Place chicken in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing/tomato mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
