Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Jack cheese, shredded
Green onions
Pecans
Raspberry jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Use as many bags of shredded cheese as you need for the crowd. Add chopped green onions to your taste. Add chopped pecans, and enough mayonnaise to hold it all together. Pack into a ring mold and chill.
Unmold and serve with a bowl of raspberry jelly and crackers. Add a little sign that says: "Place the cheese on a cracker, and the jelly on the cheese, and enjoy!"

This is a unique combination, and after 1 bite, everyone loves it.
I will usually use 2 bags of cheese, 1 bunch of green onions and a cup of pecans. This is equally as good with light mayo.
