1/2 cup olive oil
3 medium onions chopped
6 small potatoes peeled and chopped
8 cups water
1 cup white wine
1 small cabbage chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and liquid and bring to a boil. Lower heat cover and simmer for an hour.
