8 to 10 big potatoes, boiled, drained & mashed.
8 oz cream cheese
1 c sour cream
Parsley flakes
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Add cream cheese, sour cream parsley flakes, garlic salt, salt & pepper to the potatoes. Add a little milk, if dry. Beat mixture. Put in a greased 9x13 pan. Dot with butter & sprinkle with paprika. Bake 10-15 minutes, uncovered at 350º. top with cheese if you wish.
