3/4 c crushed cornflakes
3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope or 5 tsp. ranch salad dressing mix
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 pan Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
