1 c shortening
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
2 c oatmeal
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and shape into two flat logs on wax paper and wrap to chill for 2 hours. Slice & bake at 350º till light brown.
When cool, frost with Bakers Frosting.
