2 sticks butter, softened
4 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1Tbsp. cold tap water
2 cups flour
2 cups broken pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter very well and add sugar, while still beating alternate your liquid with dry til all is blended in. Stir in pecans by hand. Roll dough in balls about the size and shape of dates. Bake on ungreased cooking sheet @ 300 till golden in color 30-40 minutes. Make sure cookies are cold then roll in powdered sugar.
