1/2 cup Cocoa
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 cup nuts, chopped (if desired)

Brownie Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cocoa and boiling water, set aside to cool. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mix well. Add vanilla and milk, mix until smooth. Add flour, mix until blended. Add cocoa mixture, mix until blended. Add nuts. Spread into a cookie sheet, bake for 30-40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if done.

Frosting: Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, mix until blended. Add cocoa, mix until well blended. Frost brownies.

Note: If frosting is too thick, add some milk until it reaches desired consistency. Also, cut brownies before frosting, makes it easier when serving.
