Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 T Paprika
1 T Garlic powder
2 T chopped fresh thyme or 1 T dried
2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
4 Rib steaks at least 1 1/2 inches thick

1 pound thick asparagus spears
2 T olive oil
1 T soy sauce
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 to 2 dashes of Asian hot chile oil

Directions:
Directions:
To make herb rub, mix together paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt and ground pepper. Slash the edges of steak in 2-3 places to prevent curling. Rub mixture all over steak and allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or up to an hour. Can be covered and refrigerated overnight. If refrigerating overnight, allow meat to come to room temperature before grilling. Grill steak to desired doneness, turning once, 3-5 minutes on each side. Put steaks on platter and place a tented foil over meat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, trim or snap off the tough ends of asparagus. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, and chile oil to taste. Brush the asparagus with mixture and grill over medium-high heat. Turn often and brush with remaining mixture, until tender and crisp about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to platter and pour any leftover mixture on top. Serve each steak with asparagus.
