"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb uncooked spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
1 jar pasta sauce (marinara)
1 lb lean ground beef, grass-fed
½ c diced onion (or to taste)
½ c chopped mushrooms (canned or fresh – if fresh, add sooner
1 head fresh garlic (not 1 clove, 1 head)
1-5 tsp basil, to taste
1-2 tsp oregano, to taste (just make sure you use more basil than oregano, at least 2:1
1-2 tsp Olive oil
1 stick butter
Black pepper, preferably fresh ground, to taste
Salt, to taste (for beef)
1-2 tsp whole celery seed
Shredded mozzarella, approx 1 cup to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large pot with cold water & bring to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Pour pasta sauce into a sauce pot (make sure there is plenty of room for adding the beef to the sauce later).

While waiting for the water to boil, melt 1 stick butter in the microwave. Add 1-3 cloves mined garlic to butter & mix well. Cut baguette pieces on baking sheet. Distribute butter-garlic sauce evenly onto the 4 pieces of baguette. Sprinkle with cheese, set aside.

In a large frying pan, heat olive oil. Add onions & beef. Season beef with sale, black pepper & celery seed. Sautee breaking the beef into small pieces. Add mushrooms & continue to sautee until beef is thoroughly cooked. Add the contents of frying pan to pot with the past sauce—if beef seems greasy, drain off oil before adding to sauce.

Put cheesy bread in oven, remove when cheese just starts to turn golden. Cut into pieces & place in serving bow. Cover & keep warm.

Mix beef & mushroom mix into sauce & add basil, oregano & 2-5 mined garlic cloves (to taste!) to sauce. Mix well.
