4 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c cubed cold butter'
FILLING
8 c sliced and peeled zucchini
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmet
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c raisins

Directions:
In bowl combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Press half of the mixture in greased 15x10 inch pan. Bake 375 for 10-12 min till lightly browned.
In large saucepan bring zucchini and lemon juice to boil. Then simmer 5-6 min. Drain. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, nutmet and 1/2 c of crumb mixture. Cook and stir 2-3 min. Stir in walnuts and raisins.
Spread filling over crust and sprinkle with remaining crumbs
Bake 25-30min
