Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 cans (6 oz ea) water packed tuna, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkgs (8 oz ea) refregerated crescent rolls
1 medium red or green bell pepper
1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix drained tuna, celery, onions, relish, cheese and 1/4 cup of the mayonnaise. Refrigerate remaining mayonnaise.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. On 13" round stone, or pizza pan, arrange triangles with wide ends of the triangles overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. There should be a 5" diameter open circle in the center of the stone/pan. The tips of the rolls will hang off the edge for now. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto the wide ends of the overlapping triangles. Bring outside points of the crescents over the filling and tuck under wide ends of ring (filling will not be completely covered).

Bake in preheated 375º oven 20-25 minutes.
Cut around top of bell pepper, take off top and scoop out seeds. Fill with the remaining mayonnaise mixture and place in center of ring. Tear lettuce into pieces or thin strands using a kitchen shears and arrange lettuce around pepper.
