1/2 cup (125g) caster sugar
1/2 cup (90g) brown sugar
175g butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup (90g) plain flour
1 cup (125g) self raising flour
1/2 cup each dark, milk and white choc bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180ºC and lightly grease two baking trays. Cream butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla and egg and combine well together. Add flour and mix well using a wooden spoon. Stir in choc bits. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls, place on trays. Bake for 12-15 mins. Cool on tray for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Store in an air tight container.

The bisuits should not be baked for more than 15 minuites. They be soft and appear underdone, but will harden after removing from over.
