8 eggs
2 c. Crisco
3 c. cake flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening & sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour & salt. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Bake at 325º in a large, greased, floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours. If using small tube pan, bake some in another pan.

Glaze:
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine
Combine & spread on cake.
