20 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup margarine. Press in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 pan. Spread ice cream over cookie layer. Put in freezer. Put 1/4 cup margarine and chocolate in saucepan and melt. Add sugar, salt, milk & vanilla. Stir until it begins to thicken (4-5 minutes). Cool slightly. Pour over top of ice cream. Freeze. Cut in squares to serve.
