16 oz can beets (cut fine)
1 15 oz can crushed pineapple
2 c. liquid (beet, pineapple juice & water)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. white vinegar or lemon juice

Pickle beets very light in spices may be used. Mix all together and refrigerate.
