1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk (can use skim milk)
1 T. fat free nondairy liquid creamer
2 tsp. malted milk powder
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (baking cocoa)
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 no calorie sweetner packet (like splenda)
5 to 8 ice cubes or 1 c. crushed ice

Put all dry ingredients in a tall glass. Add 2 oz. hot water and stir until ingredients have completely dissolved. Add ice and 5 oz. cold water. Top off with soymilk (or milk) and creamer and give it a stir. AWESOME!!!!
