Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp. dried dill
1 tsp. fresh grated orange peel OR 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 lb. Chicken, varied pieces or skinless breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mustard and honey in small bowl. Stir in dill and orange peel. Coat chicken with the sauce, under and over the skin. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Sometimes I coat the chicken breast with the sauce and then roll in fine bread crumbs, seasoned or plain and bake at 350º until done. You can make the honey mustard sauce ahead of time and keep refrigerated until ready for use. It keeps for about 1 week.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very simple way to dress-up an ordinary chicken dish for company or a special occasion. On the rare day that "Pastor" Jones is cooking, you're likely to find this in the oven.
