7 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
16-oz. small curd cottage cheese
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 lb. Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese, grated
4-oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk and sugar. Add cheeses and margarine. Add flour and baking powder. Grease 13" x 9" glass pan. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes, or bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
