Filling: 2 c. chopped chicken
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken or celery sup
4 boiled eggs. sliced thin
1 can peas and carrots, drained
Crust: 1 c. self rising flour
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, broth, chicken, and peas and carrots.
Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish, Layer sliced boiled eggs over this.

Mix crusts ingredients and pour over eggs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.

If I'm in a hurry, I used canned chicken breasts and can chicken broth. I use the all white meat canned chicken in a lot of my recipes, so easy, fast, and very good.
