1# italians sausage
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 tblsp olive oil
2 onions diced
6 c beef stock
1 c water
1-28 oz italian style diced tomatoes
1-28 oz tomato sauce
2 tblsp oregano
3 carrots chopped
2 tsp basil
2 tblsp parsley
1 bay leaf
1 med zucchini chopped
2-10oz bags of frozen cheese tortellini or small ravioli
grated parmesan to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
brown sausage, keeping chunks large. Drain and set aside. Then add oil and saute onions and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients except zucchini and tortellni. Bring to boil and simmer 2-3 hrs. 45 min before serving, adding zucchini and tortellini. Simmer, serve with grated parmesan cheese
