4 c flour
1/2-3/4 c water
2 tblsp salt
4-5 eggs
1/4 c cornmeal

mix until bubbles. Let rest uncovered 30 min. Fill stock pot with water. When it boils, press spaetzle out into water. Stir once, cover and cook until foam forms. Remove immediately to warm water . If freezing, put in cold water.
