8 chops
1/2 c apple juice
1/2 c raisins
1 tsp salt
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 large apples cut into 6-8 wedges
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops. Arrange in baking dish. Pour apple juice over chops and sprinkle with raisins and salt. Cover and bake 350 for 45 min. Turn chops. Combine B sugar, nutmet and cinnamon and coat apple wedges with this mixture. Arrange apples around chops. Sprinkle apples with remaining sugar mixture and pour water over all. Cove and bake an additional 15 minutes.
