2# pork cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 c soy sauce
cornstarch
2 eggs beaten
1 large onion cut into eigths
1 green pepper cut into 1 inch squares
1 c pineapple chunks
2 small tomatoes cut into thin wedges
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/4 c wine vinegar
2 tblsp oil
2 tblsp b. sugar
1 tblsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Toss pork with soy sauce. Roll cubes in cornstarch, then egg, then flour. Fry till golden brown. Drain and keep warm.
Saute onion for 2 min., green pepper for 2 more min., then add pineapple and tomotoe for 1 more min. Add pork, and then sauce. Serve over rice.

SAUCE: combine ingredients and bring to boil. Then add cornstarch mixed in water and stir until clear and thickened.
