6 c, peeled & cubed potatoes 1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped celery 2 chicken bullion
1/2 c, chopped onion cubes
2 tbsp. margarine 2 c. hot water
2 tsp. parsley flakes 1/4 c, flour
1 tsp. salt 3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients in Dutch Oven. Dissolve bullion cubes in hot water;' add to potato mixture. Bring to boil over medium heat; cover and simmer 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Dissolve flour in 1/4 c. milk; stir into soup. Add remaining milk and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 25 minutes.
