3 1/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmet
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c sugar
1 c oil (substitute some or all with applesaude)
4 eggs
1/3 cup water
2 c grated zucchini
1 tsp lemon juice
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 c chocolate chips

combine all ingredients and baked in greased pan for 1 hr. If mini pans are used, bake 45 min.
