1 c evaporated milk
1 c consommé
2 tblsp cornstarch
1/2 c milk
1 tsp garlic pwd
1 tblsp horse radish
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soysauce
2 tblsp parsley chopped
1 tblsp worcesterire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ceyenne pepper
1 tblsp lemon juice
4 tsp ketchup
1/2 c sherry

melt 8 tblsp butter and add flour, evap milk and consomme and cook till thick. Add cornstarch in milk and all other ingredients except sherry and seafood. Add seafood and sherry and bake 30 min in buttered casserole at 400 º
