Sift and set aside:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

In large bowl beat 6 egg whits until foamy and add 3/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp at a time. Beat until stiff.

In small bowl beat 6 egg yolks until lemon colored. Add 1/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp water and 1 tsp vanilla.

Add yellow mixture into egg whites; fold gently then add flour mixture. Spread on cookie sheet that is lined with wax paper.

Bake at 350º 20 to 25 minutes. Roll in towel covered with a little powdered sugar.

When cool, frost with chocolate whipped cream:
1 pint whipping cream
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
