4 cups cooked chicken, diced
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
2 tbsp butter
2 cans mushroom soup
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add chicken broth and soup. simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken, seasonings and rice. Place mixture in greased 13 x 9 casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees until liquid bubbles. Sprinkle with cashews and chow mein noodles and serve.
