1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. choc. syrup

Topping
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla and sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in choc. syrup.
Bake at 325º for 30 mins.

Topping
Bring ingredients to boil, do not cook.
Add 1/2 c. choc. chips and nuts.
Stir until bits are melted.
Pour over hot cake.
