Directions:
Put about two inches of water in roasting pan. Put the stuffed turkey on the rack over the water. To prepare the turkey: Stuff the turkey, see below. Grease the turkey with butter. Place tin foil loosely over the bird. 20 minutes per pound at 325 degrees. No matter what the pop up timer says.... Remove tin foil 1 hour before completion. If you wish to brown it more, put it briefly under the broiler.. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
