1 lb elbow macaroni
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. vinegar
2 c. mayo
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and cool. Add veggies and mix well. Combine milk, vinegar, sugar, mayo, salt & pepper; Add to macaroni mixture.

Chill for 4 hours before serving. Best if it sets overnight.

Keeps well.
