2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, beaten
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Roll into balls. Dip balls in beaten egg whites and roll in pecans. Indent cookies with thumb and bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes.
