- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3 T. mayo (or Miracle Whip Light)
- 1 T sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard (or honey mustard)
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- paprika

Remove shell from eggs & halve lengthwise with a knife.

NO MESS TRICK: Carefully remove the yolks and put in a ziplock baggie, zip shut. Mash the yolks with your hand. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well with your hand. Cut a small hole in the corner of the baggie. Squeeze mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika. Toss the baggie. Done! No clean-up!

Make sure not to put the mixture in the eggs until ready to serve (or slightly before).

The honey mustard gives the filling a sweet taste...my favorite!
