1 lb. ground beef;
1 small onion, chopped;
6 oz. can tomato paste;
2 T. sugar;
3 cloves garlic, minced;
1 T. each: accent, oregano, salt, chili powder & cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion together. Add other ingredient. Simmer 40 minutes. Add 1 c. cooked rice before serving.
Dressing:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. accent, salt, pepper, onion salt & garlic powder
Mix together in blender. Chill. To serve: layer chips, meat sauce, lettuce, green pepper, tomatoes, onions, grated cheese & dressing.
If you don't want to use the dressing you can use any dressing you choose( we use Ranch dressing). Instead of layering it in a bowl we layer it on our plate.
