1 pre-baked 9 inch pie shell (pastry or graham cracker)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C plus 2 tbsp peanut butter
3/4 C plus 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
1/2 C milk
1 C heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese by allowing it to set out on the counter for a few hours. Then put the cream cheese in a large bowl, along with the peanut butter, sugar, and the milk. Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream at a high speed with a mixer until it becomes thick. Stir whipped cream into your peanut butter mixture. Then spread this mixture into your pie shell. Freeze for several hours, then serve.
