2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. green pepper chopped finely
3 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. diced pimentos
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. crab meat
3 tbsp. mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper until tender.
Stir in diced pimento, mustard, thyme.
Add flour stirring until smooth.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Stir in worc. sauce and salt.
Remove from heat, add crab and bake @ 375º for 20 mins.
