1 lb. raw chicken, cubed
2 c. frozen peas and carrots
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 3/4 c. chicken broth (may use less for a thicker consistency)
2/3 c. milk
Pie crust (top and bottom)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with peas and carrots for 15 minutes; drain. Cook onions in butter, then add flour and seasonings. Slowly add broth and milk. Simmer at medium-low heat until thick.

Put chicken mixture into pie crust, add broth mixture, then cover with top crust. Vent the top crust well and bake 30-35 minutes at 425º F.

Cool for 10 minutes before serving (this is important -- otherwise it's soupy).
