8 slices bread
1 1/2 lb Sausage browned
1 bunch Green Onion
2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

5 Eggs
3 cup Milk
3/4 teas Dry Mustard

1 can Cream of Celery or Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.
Top with cheddar cheese, sausage and green onions. Beat together and pour over eggs, milk and dry mustard. Cover and place in fridge overnight. Next day, mix together soup and milk, pour over mixture. Bake uncovered at 300º for 2 1/2 hours. Let stand several minutes before serving
