1 pg Oreo cookies, crushed into 9X13 pan.
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened to spread over cookies
1 1/2 C spanish peanuts, sprinkle over ice cream

Topping:
2/3 C chocolate chips
2/3 C powdered sugar
1/3 C butter
1 1/2 C evaporated milk

Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes. When cool, add 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over top and freeze overnight.
